Her work helps ensure that each visit is seamless—from scheduling through follow-up—while supporting the providers and staff behind the scenes.Her background in operational leadership, systems management, and practice development has shaped her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to team collaboration and organizational growth. She is passionate about building supportive infrastructures that help the practice maintain its personalized, patient-centered culture while continuing to evolve and expand.Outside of work, Layla enjoys caring for and spending time with her family. She loves traveling and learning about different cultures, playing guitar and singing, and spending time with her Cavapoo, Luna.
Morgan Davis serves as Practice Manager at the Dermatology, Laser & Vein Center, bringing more than 16 years of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
She works closely with providers and staff to ensure the practice operates smoothly while maintaining a warm, supportive environment for every patient. Morgan’s background spans multiple areas of medicine, including surgical care and palliative support, shaping her thoughtful and empathetic approach to patient interactions.
She is dedicated to fostering a space where patients feel heard, respected, and at ease throughout their care journey. Her leadership emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and creating systems that allow the clinical team to focus fully on delivering excellent outcomes.
Inspired by integrative wellness, Morgan continues to expand her knowledge through studies in herbalism, Ayurvedic counseling, vegan culinary arts, and yoga instruction—interests that reflect her belief in caring for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

Grace Eisele graduated from Ohio University in May 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Healthcare Studies.
She is passionate about patient care, communication, and creating exceptional experiences for patients both in person and online.
As Lead Patient Coordinator, Grace is often the first voice patients hear when they call the practice and the first face they see when they arrive. She plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized experience from the very first interaction.
Her responsibilities include patient communication, scheduling, front-office operations, and helping to ensure that every patient receives exceptional service throughout their journey with our practice.
As Social Media Coordinator for The Dermatology, Laser & Vein Center and Moksha Dermatology, Grace works closely with the team to educate patients about treatments, procedures, and skin health.
