With extensive experience supporting multi-location healthcare practices, Layla plays a central role in coordinating operations, enhancing patient flow, and helping create an environment where patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Her work helps ensure that each visit is seamless—from scheduling through follow-up—while supporting the providers and staff behind the scenes.
Her background in operational leadership and systems management has shaped her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to practice growth and team collaboration. She is passionate about building supportive infrastructures that allow the practice to maintain its personalized, patient-centered culture.
Outside of work, Layla enjoys caring for and spending time with her family. She loves traveling and learning about different cultures, playing guitar and singing, and spending time with her Cavapoo, Luna.
Morgan Davis serves as Practice Manager at the Dermatology, Laser & Vein Center, bringing more than 16 years of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
She works closely with providers and staff to ensure the practice operates smoothly while maintaining a warm, supportive environment for every patient. Morgan’s background spans multiple areas of medicine, including surgical care and palliative support, shaping her thoughtful and empathetic approach to patient interactions.
She is dedicated to fostering a space where patients feel heard, respected, and at ease throughout their care journey. Her leadership emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and creating systems that allow the clinical team to focus fully on delivering excellent outcomes.
Inspired by integrative wellness, Morgan continues to expand her knowledge through studies in herbalism, Ayurvedic counseling, vegan culinary arts, and yoga instruction—interests that reflect her belief in caring for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
Outside of work, she cherishes time with her son, husband, and beloved dog.
Leila Hamidi-Imani is often the first friendly face or voice patients encounter at the Dermatology, Laser & Vein Center, serving in the dual role of patient and social media coordinator.
At the front desk, she helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment, ensuring patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive. She is passionate about fostering a positive, supportive space where individuals feel confident and cared for throughout their visit.
Behind the scenes, Leila also helps share the practice’s story and patient education through digital platforms, supporting communication that keeps patients informed, connected and sometimes amused.
With a background in Communications and Public Relations, she enjoys continuing to learn and grow within the dermatology and aesthetics field while contributing to the patient experience in meaningful ways.
